Absolutely appalling IVR system @Paytm@Paytmcare have. Truly the worst. It doesn't let me enter either a passcode or otp to talk to an agent. The IVR system is configured to waste our time and force us to give up getting our queries sorted. #paytm doesn't WANT to solve issues!

@ImmigrationLK I applied for a visa in March but till today you didn't reply to my emails and haven't even refunded my money. Is Sri Lanka running a scam business?!! Either tell me when I'll get the visa or refund my money!!
@BlueDart_@BlueDartCares how extremely incompetent you have to be to deliver something as confidential as a Bank ATM PIN to a random address and not do any identity verification. God knows who you delivered my document to. Absolute rubbish!
@HDFC_Bank@HDFCBank_Cares a week back I received a text that my ATM PIN has been delivered to my registered address. But the funny thing is it's been sent to a random person. I'm so frustrated at your service - might as well close my account and be done with this headache.

@UPSHelp@UPS @UPSHelp_UK we're forced to pay customs warehouse and disbursement fees on top of custom duty! I didn't ask you to get my parcel picked up from customs- I could've done that. But you're trying to outsmart me by now collecting it and adding extra costs.

When I call the customer service, no one picks up and when they do - they have no idea why it's delayed. Not sure why updating a mere phone number is taking ages to update. So inefficient.

@HDFCBank_Cares I've recently come back to India and wanted to get my account updated with my new Indian number. Went to my local branch on 20th April and submitted an application to update my contact number. The agent said it will be done by 28th April.
@HDFCBank_Cares To this date my contact details have not been updated and I'm unable to login to my netbanking account or use services like Paytm. I've been using my non-Indian account for all the transactions which is not ideal.

@UPSHelp really bad service with UPS. We've been waiting for over a week for the shipment of my personal stuff to be delivered. We've only encountered problem after problem while dealing with UPS.
What's the point in having an online booking system if it doesn't work properly and overcharges customers. W/ such a huge global team when I've been enquiring about the status of my package no one seems to know what's going on and they keep transferring to different departments.

After re-sending the commercial invoice to UPS they still haven't done anything with my package for the last couple of days and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered.
