It was never my intent to highlight my issue here but @RoyalEnfieldIn has not left me with any choice. Even after multiple connects with the support team, I haven’t got any resolution for my brand new RE Himalayan.

The owner of the store on the call was damn #rude and #abusive, the ASM Mr. Nitin was not cooperative at all. Pathetic service by #RE#Sangrur
Update: After sharing my contact details, the support team seems to have “escalated” the issue. They have given me a timeline of 24-48 hrs to get back to me with some update on the issue.
