Lost my debit card and have been on @KotakBankLtd’s IVR for over an hour trying to block it. No response, no support. If this is how urgent issues are handled, what’s the point of 24x7 banking? @KotakBankLtd
@HDFC_Bank Extremely disappointed with how my complaint has been handled. On Feb 19 I reported harassment calls from agents claiming to represent your loan department. Complaint Ref: 94934914. It’s now been 12+ days and there has been no resolution, no update, and no callback despite assurances. @RBI@FinMinIndia
@zomatocare restaurant won’t pick up the call, disabled the feature or cooking instructions and your stupid BOT won’t let me speak to a human. I’m allergic to things and can’t even inform anyone. If my food comes with things I’m deathly allergic to, then what?

If not addressed immediately, I will escalate to @RBI Banking Ombudsman.

Called @HDFC_Bank customer care today regarding this complaint.
• Kept on hold for 30 minutes
• Call was then disconnected
• Was told they don’t know how long the issue will take to resolve

@HDFCBank_Cares Certainly not the case for your team sitting at the bank. I’ve been getting calls everyday and your team does not care that this should’ve been resolved a lot sooner.
