You are over 6+ hours late. Train number 12837 is halting in between the stops. Although initiating its journey post 4+ hrs late, by halting in between stations it is seriously testing patience

Because of you I have lost my job. Your train 12837 (HWH-PURI) was late by 6+ hours initiating it's journey at 3:45 am instead of 10:30 PM
What was the reason for delay?
