No Proper Solution. Complete Denial of Incompetence. If there is tiny hole in a packaging in a rainy day during delivery, water can be clogged inside. If water was not clogged, I wouldn't even noticed that torn packaging. Not sharing of investigation report shows 0 transparency

On Recording, She told me they have done their investigation which she can't share. As Delivery was in rainy conditions the water must have been went inside pack through hole during delivery which she didn't try to understand. Need Help

Today on 10th July, I ordered one Amul Feta Cheese worth of Rs 175 through @letsblinkit with other items. After getting,I saw the packet was damaged physically & had a tiny hole in it through which water was clogged inside. Immediately, I went to chat support & got no resolution.

@letsblinkit @blinkitcares @zomatocare @albinder We should not consume any products which are opened or has a hole in packaging due to health safety concerns especially dairy products. It's completely waste of my money. Regarding this matter with help of @blinkitcares I want fair compensation. ORDER I'D : ORD58099125975.

They sent me a mail ,writing unable to validate the issue. Then, mailed to [email protected] as well. Didn't get any response.
