Across the school this year, we have had many moments like this such as the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, International Day, Poetry Slam, Talent Show, Summer and Winter Fairs, to name just a few. And today we rounded off the year with a BBQ which was enjoyed by children and staff.
As the sun sets on another incredible academic year, we have had some wonderful events and achievements.
This week alone, Year 6 have performed their incredibly impressive High School Musical production. They even received a standing ovation!
The next day, the parents of Year 6 put on a sensational disco for them, involving treasure hunts, a balloon release, exquisite food and not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 different cakes
Finally, Year 2 showed courage when they stayed in school for their overnight sleepover! All children enjoyed their pizza, played games, watched a film and then settled down for a cosy night of sleep.

This week has been filled with celebrations! On Tuesday, Reception had their Graduation and showcased their learning over the year. It was amazing to see the progress they have made.
We’ve had another jam-packed and joyful week in school. Year 1 began the joy with their trip to the seaside! During Arts Week, all classes have created incredible art pieces, made purely out of recycled materials.
Also, a number of Year 5 and 6 pupils managed to find the time to attend Hammersmith and Fulham’s Mayors Cup Football competition! Both of our boys and girls teams played exceptionally well, winning more of their games than ever before!
Last week Year 4 visited Bath for their overnight stay and to learn more about Romans. This trip was a resounding success! All of the staff who attended said how brilliant their behaviour was and how well they worked as a whole class team.

Year 3 ended their Maths measuring unit today with a Big Pasta Party! They determined how much flour and eggs they would need using bar modelling and then they used a range of equipment (weighing scales, metre sticks, beakers, and a pasta machine)
In our Summer 2 wonder day, Year 1 were exploring their new topic of plants in Science. One of the activities was to plant their individual plants following instructions they had written themselves previously.
Year 4 were carefully budgeting their trips across America whilst Year 3 were building incredible models of key landmarks across Europe. The most wonderful part of this day was seeing how engaged pupils were and how much they love to learn.

On Tuesday, children were immersed in their new topics for Wonder Day. Reception class talked about their aspirations for the future, such as to be scientists, or to be doctors and even someone who wanted to be a kind person when they grew up!
Our amazing students have worked really hard together to design and build their very own spectacular model skyscrapers exploring what makes these structures so strong by conducting experiments
