I write a founder email to my investors every month. I put a crazy amount of time into this message, because frankly, I see it as a part of my job.
I'm AMAZED at how few founders do this.
Founders: are you sending monthly updates?
Investors: do you like them?
Your co-founder wants to take control of the company. You want a fair share of equity and to lead it in your own way. But you can't agree on how to split up ownership. A punching duel solves this problem letting you settle disputes fairly, immediately, and without lawyers.
@mhdempsey It's the opposite of how I invest. Having that said, isn't that momentum strategy applied to private companies? Isn't momentum one of the better trading strategies out there? 🤔
In their simplest form, prices cover costs. In their most complex form, prices cover costs. If they don’t, someone else is covering your costs and that… costs a lot.
