@amazonIN since last 3 days my return is not getting picked up and my replacement is not getting delivered. Everyday I am getting one or the other excuses and later you will say the return/replacement window is over! There is no way to talk to an executive due to bullshit chatbot

@BesuraTaansane Yes there are many vendors who charges for paying via Credit Card. They’ll bluntly say “Card Payment me 2% extra hoga”. If you’ve not encountered such situations doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.

@BJP4India And how easily you’re trying to convince people that MDR will be paid by the merchants? Have you ever checked the ground reality? Every charge merchants has to pay is taken from the customers since day 1. Same is the case with Credit Card (2% charges) & now it’ll be with UPI too!

@Neetivaan Well said! Merchants will either ask cash payments or take those charges from customers so indirectly it’s a burden on customers only. By default, people will & should revert back to CASH because after all “CASH IS KING!” I have seen merchants asking 1-2% charges when paid via CC
