Hawaii’s “Vampire Rule” was struck down in a 6-3 decision, lifting the ban on carrying firearms on private property!

@gunrights It seems that the Hemani case now becomes the precedent for "overlybroad application of the statute", destroying ALL government anti-2A arguments in court. Combine it with Cargill v. Garland (along with Bruen and others) and we enter a new level of "shall not comply".
