@AstroExisting Did they fall asleep in the theatre when the mum backstory was happening? Because that backstory completely explained Jax's behavior.
It is also possible to be empathetic to someone while hating their actions at the same time, but maybe that is just me.

But the way I took Gooseworx's latest drawing "Jax if she wasn't a piece of shit" is that Jax is a trans girl, and suppressing that is what heavily contributes to her being a piece of shit. Makes sense a person in such mental agony all the time is very likely to be an ass.

rewatching and this is actually the most beautiful scene in the finale.. the way her pupils dilate and we see her comfortable and relaxed for basically the first time in the entire series… i’m 😭😭😭😭😭
