Today I took part in the Windsor Autumn 10km and ran in aid of Combat Stress for Veterans Mental Health. So far we have raised over £210. Thanks to everyone for your support. #TeamCombatStress #ArmyCadetsUK #WelshGuards

Poppy Walk 2019 - 4Pl Ascot ⁦(@AscotArmyCadets⁩) and 5Pl Maidenhead took part in this years Poppy Walk to help raise money for The Royal British Legion. The cadets and CFAVs completed a 10 miles route and raised over £1800 for charity, #simplyamazing! ⁦@ArmyCadetsUK⁩
