As someone who wants playable Ogres, Tuskarr, Sethrakk and Naga - she is 100% correct.

They'd be played by like 1% of the population.

People don't want to play as fat guys, Pandaren and Kul Tirans are very low population.

Dracthyr have the Dragon furry buff. Sethrakk don't.
