11. Miami

With no ACC teams slated to make it, I can see Miami making it so the ACC is not deprived of revenue with no team representation (SEC has 4)

@CanesLegacy Your rationale makes sense. On an idle weekend for both ND and Miami, I can see Miami jumping two spots given Alabama and BYU lost (12 to 10), but not three (12 to 9). I can see ND jumping 1 spot (10 to 9) or staying static. They cannot fall given both BYU and Alabama lost.

With Alabama and BYU’s bad losses yesterday, ND secured a playoff berth.

The last spot will come down to Alabama or Miami. Alabama has looked awful; doesn’t pass eye test. Miami couldn’t win the ACC (8-5 Duke did) and have 2 bad losses.

This will be fun to watch #GoIrish

@frame_zack People are entitled to their own opinion, but not their owns facts. Here are the facts:
- Miami won head to head but had two bad losses against unranked teams
- ND is ahead of Miami in every other metric and every other poll
- ACC is historically bad. 8-5 Duke won; UM didn’t

You lost to FSU and 3x; ND lost twice to A&M#7 and UM#12.
