@TexanMeg@herrmanndigital Ahhh but if you are a celebrity, athlete, business travel etc it is ok
Meantime thousands trying to get home and families torn apart
And other countries are living with it and open
I am with you
I am not one to harp on something or rant HOWEVER!!!... I posted my concerns a few weeks ago and they continue to distress me.
I have been to a number of food/beverage outlets and I have only witnessed 2 out of a multitude of outlets adhere to AHA standards!
We really have to take this seriously! COVID19 aside, it is should be viewed as standard hygiene. We will curse if WA trips over and ends up with community transmission, but if we don’t practice the standards now - I really fear for the future.
Please WA !!! Embrace the stds
@westaustralian I can’t see the article. But headline is a little divisive. People in the thousands have lost their livliehoods, businesses, security and hope.
@sunriseon7 Telstra really need to sort NBN to work without stressing about 5G. Dropouts and service issues. I could not even get a working phone for my 87 year old mother !
**NBN FREE **
Got a parent that needs a landline service. Safety alert button. Sick of NBN drop outs. Tired of the cycle of ringing the call center !! Want an Australian co that provides service !!! And real service. MYHOMEFONE is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 @Telstra
@Telstra I have called that line over 20 times and I have spent over 11 hours trying to get a viable working solution but nothing seems to improve. She is vulnerable and frightened without a landline the last time I called and filled in another case no it has been a week & nothing😔
UPDATE
@Telstra phone is not working and over a week no responses
@MichaelKeenanMP no response from communication to his office
I feel sorry for the elderly in dealing with Telstra. It is a disgrace
Elderly I suggest @myhomefone BRILLIANT SERVICE
@Telstra Jimmy thank you. We had 1 tech fail to attend. 1 tech arrive and I waited for a week to find out the next step. We will be discontinuing an NBN service next week. It is a very unreliable service for the elderly
@Telstra Tech has attended. It failed 5 mins after. Now if you dial her number it says it is not in service. One week of waiting for service faults to come back and countless calls NADA
@Tod_Johnston Thanks Tod. I am searching now for an alternative for mum. She wants a landline and I am researching what I can do. I am at a complete dead end with Telstra! It has been a futile and frustrating experience 😔
I will go back tomorrow and try 1 more time - I am afraid I am cynical as I have had over 8 conversations and we have not progressed. Thanks for your response
@Arnya That's not quite right I'm sorry, we only charge a call out fee if we determine the fault is outside of Telstra's responsibility, but we are required to advise you of the possibility of a charge before making a booking. We look forward to assisting further. - Cas
I have called again. Phone has failed again today and yesterday They can’t find the issue and have elevated it to the next level. I am not sure what that means. No incoming calls can now been made.
