The only redeeming factor of chapter 4 was OG. POIs are also a large factor why I like older chapters. I just really like the simpler POIs like Pleasant Park and Salty Springs!

@DionPowder I have the same exact issue. The best solution I've came up with without AC is to open both my windows, and point a fan out of one of them, causing air to flow through my room. It can easily lower the temperature by some 5 degrees given time. You will need a fan though.
