**WAKE UP, RED LEGS.**

Ukraine isn't a "case study" — it's a preview of capabilities that we MUST acknowledge.

Every clustered PAA we still train with at NTC/JRTC is a pre-dug mass grave waiting for $800 FPV drones and Lancets. We keep administratively "protecting" artillery positions because "that's how we've always done fires" — and we're breeding complacency that will get entire batteries wiped out in the first 48 hours against a peer.

Counterfire/counter battery??? That comes from Drones not Enemy Fires now!

**Traditional PAA geometry is DEAD.**
Concentrated batteries 5-10 km behind the FLOT? Suicide.
Static positions longer than 10 minutes? Suicide.
No dispersion, no deception, no shoot-and-scoot under real drone hunt? Suicide.

We already know what works:
- Single/2-gun sections scattered over 50-100 km²
- 20-50+ km standoff
- Mandatory decoys, thermal netting, EW bubbles
- Hyper-mobile wheeled systems that displace in <3 minutes

But we refuse to let OPFOR realistically kill them at CTCs because "muh training objectives" and "we need the guns to support the box."

**STOP.**
Let OPFOR drone swarms find, fix, and destroy lazy PAAs.
Let batteries die if they cluster, fail to camouflage, or linger after firing.
Let BCTs feel the pain of losing 70% of their tubes on Day 2 because they trained like it’s 2018.

That pain is the only thing that will force real change:
- Doctrine that prioritizes survival over mass
- Dispersion and distance baked into every fire plan
- Platoon-level autonomy because the battalion FDC just got Lanceted
- Organic drone/EW teams guarding every gun

If we keep safety-offloading artillery survivability at CTCs, we are training to lose.

Ukraine has buried thousands of guns that looked exactly like the ones we’re still babying in the box.

**CTC commanders: Take the safeties off.**
Let the Red Air and drone horde hunt our artillery like they will in war.
Make units learn the new geometry the hard way — or we’ll learn it the fatal way.

The battlefield is transparent.
Adapt or die.
