Comic discourse is awesome because people are physically incapable of reading more than the top 100 ogns from 20 years ago which makes people act like psychos about character traits that haven’t even been depicted since I was in kindergarten

And I do think Fraction has some work to do with how he characterizes Talia and what role she plays if he is going to act as sole arbiter for Damian Wayne for the present moment.

Since this seems to be the hot button thing on comicstwt for the week I guess I’ll throw my takes into the ring

- Ra’s was created as a racial stereotype
- Morrison’s treatment of Talia was bigoted
- I don’t think the al Ghul’s need to be done away with

I personally would rather we make the effort for Talia & Ra’s to become good rep and complex characters than try to hide them away. With all that said I do however hope that the box placements in issue 11 are altered for the trade because I do get how they can be misconstrued
