Due to lockdown, students weren't able to submit their scholarship applications & authorities haven't paid any heed to the demands of making it online.
Now universities asking fees how will students pay as they are dependent on their scholarships.

Non disbursement of fellowships has pushed students into the situation of acute financial deficiency & mental disturbance.
Students can hardly afford the living essentials & rents without fellowships & are forced to discontinue their research.

Now, with these being held for 8 months now things have become hard for the students to continue their studies.
