@wildstein David @wildstein, I'm not sure I get your complaint? If you're saying that this is an inefficient way to register people or that this voter should get to have their ballot counted this year, sure. But the DAG is technically correct: uncounted provisionals serve as registrations.

Least surprising part of @cheetah's mistreatment by Miami police? The police union reflexively defending bad behavior by cops. They can say he wasn't arrested all they want -- we saw someone handcuffed and placed on the ground. The Constitution calls that an arrest.
