I still think one of my favorite career highlights was being part of the first three employees for the company I worked at, which opened a gaming arena in an iconic Vegas hotel.

It was a crazy year, tons of planning for the grand opening, sleeping in the arena instead of a hotel room to make sure we had everything set up when the doors opened. It was a great experience.

The company easily shaped my high agency view on things and gets shit done no matter what, figured it out, work ethic.
