Scammer claims to have scammed over $100,000 in a year, yet he's still not banned.

There's a big catfish scammer going around on Steam currently known as "asuna."
He has leveled up his account to 1051 to look legit, but in reality, he's impersonating @mirabella_777 to scam people.

For some reason, he thought contacting me would be a good idea. Even though at first, I thought he was legit due to his high Steam level, that quickly changed.
First, he contacted me to make a CS deal, and after that, I didn't hear from him for a long time. Then he messaged me to offer to promote and link my services to his profile, which I appreciated. He was also promoting the Fancy level-up service. To gain more trust, he offered to help grow my Steam group and then told me about his "selfie" business, even sending me a picture of one of the girls he paid to take photos for him 😄

From there, it escalated to borrowing expensive skins to make artwork, to preselling TF keys that didn't even have trade holds, so nothing he said made any sense😄

I kept talking to him to see where things would go next, and also because I couldn't believe he hadn't been banned yet. After a short while, I was contacted by @mirabella_777, whom he was impersonating, and she confirmed my suspicions.
I continued talking to him to see what he would try next, and oh boy, I wasn't disappointed.
He started talking about how his friend was "only" borrowing a Karambit Emerald, with not-so-subtle suggestions there.

Next, he talked about donating to those in need, aka Steam beggars, and how he donates to them. He sent me screenshots of it, which were clearly from his alt account, and then he tried to convince me to donate my stuff so he could add me with his alt.
After that, I pretty much got tired of talking to him, but he still asked me to marry him because 'rich boys are welcome,' and gotta say, that would've been the dream marriage

This is just my story with this guy, and he's still targeting many more people.

But @Steam, what's going on? Why is this guy not banned yet? He already got trade banned once, but somehow got it removed. Banning people like him should be a higher priority since they have invested over $10,000 in their levels to scam people. They definitely shouldn't be able to keep those levels for a long time to scam more people.
This guy also steals other peoples artworks, groups etc.

It all started over a year ago when my then-boyfriend showed me chats from a person calling themselves "Sophia" or "foxygirl19" at the time. I didn't think much of it because I did not know who the person was, so I just brushed it off as "just a bad scam attempt."
Little did I know that it would turn into such a big deal, or as some might say, the tip of the iceberg. It traced way back to 2020, when I used to hang out with a group of people who told me about a catfish known as "Sophia." As stupid as this person seemed, he showed me DMs on Discord between me and him, where I was asking him to openly admit to being a dude and stop scamming people. Other people involved and I managed to ban him by now on most Steam third-party platforms like csgo-rep and other platforms for scamming and other reasons.

A few months ago, an individual (whose identity will, of course, stay private) reached out to me. This person, who was below the legal age of consent, showed me DMs of someone pretending to be me and sending him explicit content, including comments about how cute their age was (13), while he was allegedly 18-19. When confronted, he tried deleting the evidence by erasing Discord conversations.

Another person also reached out to me, showing "asuna" trying to sell his Steam account (which is against their TOS) on a Discord server known as "/IDS." This included tags such as WTS (Wants to Sell), Comes with OGE (Original Email, used to prove ownership of the account), and a few more not worth mentioning. I've tried reaching out to Steam regarding the impersonation, the continuous and targeted harassment against me, and the violation of their TOS, which they brushed off with an automatic response.

The owner of the aforementioned Discord server also privately reached out to me, telling me that he had purchased "goods" from the person in TF2 keys for $140. He was told that "asuna" would deliver the keys within 24 hours or provide a refund. After 24 hours passed, and after confronting him with "Why'd you scam me," all the scammer said was, "a dollar is a dollar." I reached out to the above-mentioned "Fancy Level Up Service," sending them the Discord conversations showing that the person they had as "STAFF" and partnered with was indeed scamming. After being confronted, he left the Discord and changed his status to "Free $140" to show off that he successfully scammed the person mentioned above.
