There are a lot of dumbass comments about the Lindsay Clancy holdout juror, claiming he wasn't abiding by the law simply because he wouldn't join the majority. A juror is absolutely allowed to disagree with the other 11. The holdout understood the reasonable-doubt instruction and, after considering the evidence, apparently reached a different conclusion about whether the Commonwealth had proven criminal responsibility beyond a reasonable doubt. That's literally what jury deliberations are for. The judge himself declined to find that the juror was refusing to follow the law.

In Mexico, this kind of 11–1 citizen-jury deadlock would never happen as Mexico's modern criminal system uses professional judges rather than American-style citizen juries, and the judge or judicial panel evaluates the evidence and decides the case. In other words, Mexicans are intelligent and would look at this like "bitch murdered her 3 kids" instead of through the pseudo-intellectual retarded rainbow unicorn trans lens that is used by the infected New Massachusetts citizens.
