The thesis for PumpFun's Build in Public Hackathon
Super Router's ( $SR ) vision is to solve a billion dollar problem by creating a precise, autonomous decision making layer based on:
- On-chain data (vol/wallets/top holders avg entries/top trader avg entries)
- Asymetrical social data (narrative/name/ticker/vamps)
And ship a highly efficient framework that consistently takes profits without FOMO or bag bias.
The team
3 engineers who have worked prev at @Neura_io / @ankr with experience in forex margin systems/SFT AI training and blockchain infrastructure.
The Goal
Step 1: Build an in-house profitable trading agent.
Step 2: Release it for a small test group.
Step 3: Release it for all $SR holders to create a 3rd separate dataset among our core users accessible via a mobile/desktop app.
The Work So Far
In under 2 weeks we've managed to create an autonomous claude AI agent that uses Birdeye/Jupiter/Padre connected with X/Wallet trackers to execute trades on high-volume memecoins.
We reached profitability within first 3 days but stumbled upon issues regarding Stop Loss/bad API network calls and got back where we are.
V1/V2
The first versions of the bot focused only on on-chain singnals, without asymetrical data. This was good initially but sooner or later you realize that if you want the most valuable data you must expand the context module. Narrative, ticker uniqueness, etc.
The bot has made money, but also lost money.
Why this is good
Every trade the system executes becomes structured training data.
Profitable trades reinforce the agent’s existing decision policies, while unprofitable trades surface gaps between expected and actual outcomes.
Those gaps are where learning happens.
Rather than treating trading losses as simple failures, we treat them as high-signal data points. A bad trade reveals which assumptions were wrong.

We've taken all the feedback from our trading history and created the most robust, data driven framework trained on all the trades the bot has made so far.
In order to build something that works, you must understand where the system breaks. We can't just train an AI on a simulated environment and expect it to operate 10/10 status in the real world.
We had to sacrifice some solana in other words in order to see how the bot fails, why it fails and most importanlty, how do you prevent it from failing again.
The V3 is what we're shipping in the next days and it will be our most robust patch update for Super Router.
Why PumpFun's Hackathon
So far we've re-invested 100% of the creator fees back into both the $SR coin and the agent development costs.
We would like to work with PumpFun to have the best data and speed for the agent.
We want to use the prize money as a form of seed investment that could both expand our team and increase the scale of the application and coin.

We use capital to buy learning speed, aka more parallel simulations/live trade rollouts.
- Execution infrastructure (real edge)
Routing heuristics, network calls and >20ms data capture.
How we plan to spend the Prize Funds
The $250K prize to us personally functions as seed capital that directly compounds system efficiency.
It will accelerate agent learning and training of the model, improves execution quality, expands real-market exposure, and allows us to hire more high output contributors without bloating the team.
Tek + Coin Flywheel
On the other hand, the core of our revenue stream is $SR and what we earn from fees. We would like to double down and open Super Router to holders as a token gated mechanism, and earn from trading fees rather than use traditional web2 payment systems.
$SR is like a bridge between a tek dream and meme. It literally captures the essence of the gambling tek guy that is trying to make it out alive in the trenches.

We're injecting 100% of the creator fees back into coin/agent development
50% of that will be used for APIs/nodes/3rd party services that will enable Super Router to trade faster, have faster data pipelines and quicker entries/exists.
We plan to experiment by giving an agent custom node/VPS settings to see how that will impact the block space of his buys/sells.
Remaining 50% will be used for the bot's trading activity, testing higher buys and expansion of Super Router V2 which will allow holders to create their own trading agents and workflows.
Each update makes Super Router slightly better and ultimately improving the context alignment problem between pure on-chain data and social signals of what pro traders would consider a "good" coin to buy.
