Mid-Journey — Complete

Since this one was a close-up composition, I got to experiment with the scale detail in my own way — that part was a lot of fun. Going for grandeur instead of my last piece’s darker mood took me somewhere completely different, and it turned out to be a great experience overall.

This piece explores the grandeur of high altitudes and a sea of clouds, paired with a dragon design built on a T-rex-inspired skeletal structure.
