@O2 I asked yesterday about an issue with a payment I made and after no reply I decided to ask my bank to just cancel the payment altogether. I've tried to pay again today and it seems like the same issue has happened should I wait or should I do the same again?

@O2 paid my bill on Wednesday, today I've had messages to tell me my number has been cut off. When calling support it is physically impossible to get through to an agent to help as the automated line defaults to making me try to pay and goes no further. What do I do?

@O2 Sorry not sure if I was clear. When calling those numbers I only get the automated line for paying the bill. How am I supposed to talk to someone to clear this up when I cannot get any further?
