Extremely sorry to inform delivery state of affairs is horrible. 1st my old tv exchange was cancelled by delivery guy. As I raised complaint with customer care thru chat, my TV order too got cancelled without me providing any OTP. #serious #concern

Since Dec’22 regularly facing issues with #Hisense #Refrigerator #Jeeves unable to resolve issue. No one from #Sales #Marketing responding to msg. In July’23 I was told if cooling issue persists co. will replace refrigerator. Pls respond @Brands_India @ELCINA_INDIA
