Excited to share the next step of our journey: @Ripple and @Peersyst Partner with Colombia’s Banco de la República in Advancing the Implementation and Utilization of #Blockchain Technology. The pilot program will evaluate high value payments use cases using Ripple’s CBDC Platform based on the core technology of the XRP Ledger. This is yet one more #realworld use case for #cbdc and #Xrpledger https://t.co/MxJFW92ATs
🚨PRIME TRUST / TUSD🚨
Uh oh. 😬
🚩 #PrimeTrust partner #Banq (both Nevada-based) just filed for bankruptcy a few hours ago.
No word yet if this is what is causing the $TUSD redemptions not to be honored, but it is worth keeping an eye on. 👀

#HinmanEmails unmask SEC, showing an agency more concerned about its own turf than protecting investors. They also show a high-ranking official ignoring explicit internal warnings that he was not following the law.#CryptocurrencyNews#xrparmy https://t.co/GFzbDvP6p8
For a year, I refused to say Hinman violated the law. I said it looked as if he may have and that there was a gross appearance of impropriety. Then @EMPOWR_us sued the SEC and caught them in a lie. The SEC stated that there were no responsive emails to Empower’s FOIA request.
1/ It’s been 5 years since Bill Hinman gave his infamous speech – and through the SEC’s lawsuit against @Ripple (and 7 court orders), we can finally share what happened behind the scenes through the now public emails / drafts of the speech.
