Cloudflare has acquired Vite / VoidZero

Void is vite's fullstack Intertia-like framework.

This gives Cloudflare control over the entire stack. They have all the primitives from frontend/backend framework, linting, testing, formatting, JS runtime, db, kv, inference, blob storage, access, etc...

smart move. A tidy package they can hand to an LLM to make a site.

@jcrajan00 100% agree. If hydrogen can substitute for coal, then using it makes a lot more sense. Create it from the huge surplus of solar we have. Cost can be brought down in the long run. Plus, no dollars are going out.

Produce hydrogen from solar then use it to make steel.

Indian companies that use Copilot are going to be in a world of hurt.

The fixed price plans that average employees were using to create files, or do a Git commit are going to be out of credits in a day.

I think AI usage is going to fall now that we have to pay per token.
