Even after sharing photo of driver and vehicle and also shared the screenshot of payment did to him. Still customer support is not providing refund. First of all contacting support is not at all easy. No safety for female passenger. @Olacabs @ola_supports

Worst customer support from @ola_supports @Olacabs. One of the driver, harassed female passenger and threatened to pay thrice the estimated amount. He tried to snatch the mobile also when they tried to contact customer care. Ola support is not ready to give refund for this theft

@oyorooms Cheating us by giving fake promises. Hotel denied our booking saying Oyo is selling for too low price so we spoke with Oyo executive and he asked us to pay extra amount and it will be refunded once we share invoice and Bank details. It's been 1 month, still no refund

@AmazonHelp I have read the entire T & C. No where it is mentioned like, cashback is eligible only for first transaction of a month. There is no such statement. It is said, we should collect the offer and make a swiggy payment between sep 1 to 30. That's what I did. But no cashback received
