Even after sharing photo of driver and vehicle and also shared the screenshot of payment did to him. Still customer support is not providing refund. First of all contacting support is not at all easy. No safety for female passenger. @Olacabs@ola_supports
Worst customer support from @ola_supports@Olacabs. One of the driver, harassed female passenger and threatened to pay thrice the estimated amount. He tried to snatch the mobile also when they tried to contact customer care. Ola support is not ready to give refund for this theft
@oyorooms I have been keep on asking for my refund amount and It's been more than 2 months. Still I'm not getting my refund. When ever I ask, getting message like, team will get back. But no one is calling me or messaging me regarding this. Worst customer service ever
@oyorooms Cheating us by giving fake promises. Hotel denied our booking saying Oyo is selling for too low price so we spoke with Oyo executive and he asked us to pay extra amount and it will be refunded once we share invoice and Bank details. It's been 1 month, still no refund

I had booked a direct flight from Leh to Srinagar. Now as my flight is cancelled and re accommodation is provided for connecting flight which takes more than 5 hours. So I don't want that. PNR: V5KUMV.

1. To aware the people who have been in contact with them in the past few days so that they can isolate themselves from family
2. To pray for his/her speedy recovery
@goibibo I cancelled my booking of Rs.85643 with in the period of free cancellation. But I didn't receive full refund amount. I received 83782 only.. I confirmed with bank and they also said I didn't receive full refund.. When you say, 100% refund, I should get what I paid right
@goibibo How can we contact customer care? Chat bot is asking me to contact customer care number to talk with agent. When I call the number, it is again computer voice, asking me to check refund status online. No where to go now.. I just need a solution for my refund amount. Do something

@AmazonHelp I have read the entire T & C. No where it is mentioned like, cashback is eligible only for first transaction of a month. There is no such statement. It is said, we should collect the offer and make a swiggy payment between sep 1 to 30. That's what I did. But no cashback received

I collected amazon cashback reward(exclusively for Prime) for swiggy and did a swiggy order but didn't receive cashback. Customer service guy saying, cashback is eligible only for 1st order of month. But it is no where mentioned in terms&conditions. Need my cashback
