Calling 1947 did not help.

@urbancompany_UC I was told by case manager that I could not escalate a service deficiency complaint. Strange! Am sure UC does leave their customers high and dry. 😊

@bhat_sripathi @kckumarraj @bhash Not true. If all customers will be waiting than all drivers will also be waiting. Not a tenable situation. Drivers will not wait indefinitely for a fare where they want to go. They will have to accept unattractive trips too to earn a living.
