@Ministry_CA Why is it that the claim for lost baggage on the official documentation of Ministry of Civil Aviation is stated as Rs. 20,000, but airline companies are not budging even a single rupee above 10,000. Where do these companies make these policies from? Help required.

@AirIndiaX Soon after landing at DEL all the passengers collected their luggage and went home. Meanwhile, my mum was left stranded at the airport, filling out forms and being redirected from one staff member to another. Please look into this matter and help retrieve her bag.(2/2)
