Yeah, US immigration is completely backwards: trivial to enter illegally and nightmarishly difficult to enter legally!
I strongly support increasing and expediting legal immigration.

@talk2GLOBE Why my cash payment in previous official billing statement complete with payment details and reference number was removed? Is two equal payments with different reference nos. are the same? Is this how you resolve double payments issue (cash and online) being raised?

@talk2GLOBE Why there is still bill dispute when you are saying that the missing online payment is already reflected in my bill? If it is already reflected as what you have claimed for sure it will automatically deduct to my bill and my latest bill should show only 1 month not two months
@talk2GLOBE Again raise another report to your "Help and Support" again sent same supporting docs because the report was already closed but still the same outcome no action was taken and the ref no. given above was just closed
@talk2GLOBE So what the use of repeating the same procedure and reporting it again and again to your Globe One app "Help and Support" when your excellent agents were closing it anyway without resolving it
