I demand full compensation from @IndiGo6E for their negligence. I had a confirmed ticket (PNR: A1ZPUF) for flight 6E2766 (Delhi to Mumbai, 4 June, 3:55 AM). Despite clearing security and waiting at the boarding gate, I accidentally dozed off nearby due to illness. #IndigoFailure

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E I was at the gate at 2:50 AM for a 3:55 AM flight. No announcements were heard, and 11–12 passengers missed the same flight. That’s not coincidence — that’s a system failure. Charging ₹3000 to rebook on the same PNR is unacceptable. I demand accountability. @DGCAIndia

After a lot of requests, they offered the next flight (6E6676) for ₹3000 — on the same PNR. We paid again for a seat we already had. This feels like exploitation, not customer service @MoCA_GoI @AshwiniVaishnaw
