The mind may wander into fear, doubt, and negativity, but you are not the mind.
Instead, step back and ask, "Why do I believe thus? Is this really true?" You are the soul, and you have the wisdom to observe your thoughts without becoming them. A negative thought becomes powerful only when we identify with it.
When wrong beliefs are replaced with faith and right knowledge, negative thoughts begin to lose their power.
@Sw_Mukundananda Thank you swami ji to give such beautiful guidance.words have power. Use the words carefully, choose wisely and practice it in daily life.thank again swami ji
Be mindful of your self-talk, for the words you repeat within can shape who you become.
Self-talk influences the subconscious mind. Our subconscious does not critically distinguish between what is true or false, positive or negative; it absorbs what we repeatedly feed it through our conscious thoughts.
Therefore, we have the power to nurture our inner world with positivity, hope, and faith; or condition it with doubt, fear, and negativity. The conversations we repeatedly have with ourselves can gradually shape our attitudes, beliefs, and outlook on life.

No matter how terrible anybody’s behaviour towards us, there is no justification for harbouring odious thoughts. Our feelings are a choice we make.
When others behave harshly towards us, it is natural to feel hurt. Yet we do not have to allow that hurt to turn into resentment, anger, or bitterness. While we cannot always control how others behave, we are responsible for the thoughts and feelings we choose to nurture within our own minds.

When we stop being slaves of both the likes & dislikes of the mind & senses, we will overcome our lower nature. And, when we become indifferent to both pleasure and pain in the discharge of our duty, we will become truly free to act from our higher nature.
When we develop this inner steadiness, our actions become more conscious and purposeful. We are no longer easily shaken by circumstances, but can move through life with greater clarity and peace.

@Sw_Mukundananda Swami ji given very insightful motivation. How we should handle the situation and strengthen and check inner side in adverse conditions..thank you Swami ji
God uses hard times to make us aware of our shortcomings and eliminate them. In facing negative situations, we become wise.
Challenges can become turning points when we use them for inner growth rather than allowing them to embitter us. When we choose to learn from our difficulties, even painful circumstances can shape our character and move us closer to becoming the person we are meant to be.

Overnight success is a rarity, and success without failure, even more so. Those who are experts today also started off as novices. They practiced their craft over and over again, without being discouraged. So, firmly resolve that persistence is necessary for accomplishing your worthy goals.
Whenever obstacles arise, view them not as signs to quit, but as opportunities to grow stronger. Every sincere effort, however small, brings you one step closer to mastery. Measure your progress by your commitment to keep moving forward. Remain patient, stay focused on the process, and trust that consistent effort will ultimately bear fruit.

Ordinary love is often measured by how much happiness we receive from another; divine love is measured by how much happiness we can give. This is the extraordinary ideal embodied by Radha Rani—a love so complete that it seeks nothing for itself, but only the happiness of Shree Krishna.
When we chant “Radhey Radhey,” may it awaken that same divine sentiment within us, which is to love without expectation, to serve without seeking reward, and to find our greatest joy in pleasing Him.
@Sw_Mukundananda We should observe the mind intention and thought. And always trying to correct by the grace of god and practice.God has sitted insight in our heart ,he know everything about us.for his sake we should develop true intent and thought.thank you swami ji
We may fool the entire world with an outward display of goodness, but it does not impress God, who is seated within the innermost recesses of our heart and is aware of our every thought. The only way to truly please Him is through genuine goodness that comes from within.
True goodness is not about appearing virtuous before others, but about cultivating purity in our thoughts, intentions, and actions—even when no one is watching.

Life reflects our own actions.
We are often quick to question what life gives us, but slower to examine what we are giving in return. Before blaming circumstances or others, it is worth pausing and asking ourselves, "What am I giving this world through my thoughts, words, and actions?"
Our actions have consequences, and living with integrity begins with understanding this simple truth.
@Sw_Mukundananda Our thoughts leads to our destiny.elevation the thoughts and positivite reframing is very powerful tool.swami explained for us in detail.thank you Swami ji
