Failure of the panoramic roof holder spring mechanism (it got broken)
So many visits have made me feel no confidence in the vehicleโs reliability or safety. A premium vehicle should not require such frequent repairs within such a short period

* Failure of the gearbox cable.( 1 year back)
* DPF wiring(1 year back)

* Tail lamp developing a crack despite no accident or collision.

@ASICS_India 17000โน shoe with only walking that too only 50 -60 meter because i canโt even walk for long let alone running that is strictly prohibited for 1 year. How can someone callit wear and tear and if its wear and tear with just walking barely it is infact defective
@ASICS_India I complained did all the formalities with the store through email travelled to different city just for the shoe even with post operated knee , and at last i was told it is wear and tear
@ASICS_India usage due to my post-surgery condition.
So to say when a person canโt even run after surgery - and your CUSTOMER CARE CALLING IT WEAR AND TEAR , clearly shows 17000โน shoe has manufacturing defect.
@ASICS_India Given these facts, it strongly indicates that the issue with this particular pair is likely a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.
I kindly request you to reconsider my claim and review the matter again, as the defect appeared despite minimal
@ASICS_India Additionally, if my foot alignment were the cause, the outer sole of my other shoes should also show greater wear on the outer side, which is not the case.
@ASICS_India should be visible in my other footwear as well.
I own several pairs of shoes from different brands โ including Jordans, Ultraboost, Yeezys, Onitsuka, Nike, and New Balance โ and none of them show this problem or unusual wear pattern.
@ASICS_India Therefore, the possibility of excessive wear and tear is highly unlikely.
The store manager also mentioned that the issue might be related to my foot alignment. If that were the case, then similar wear patterns (specifically the right shoe tilting outward)
@ASICS_India I recently underwent knee surgery, due to which my mobility is significantly limited. I am currently unable to walk more than 50โ60 meters or stand for prolonged periods due to persistent knee pain.
@ASICS_India when I inquired about the response, I was informed that the company has rejected the claim, stating that the issue is due to wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect.
However, I would like to bring the following points to your attention:
