COnnected my @hark_labs to @agentmail to send me daily summaries of my sleep, my overall health, and my calories consumed alongside my biomarkers using the @UltrahumanHQ API. Bloody diabolical.

@therosieum I have found @AsideAI to be better and basically be like ARC but with AI fatures. The only thing missing from aside is the ability to customoise the look of the browser (colours, emoji's, etc...)
