@JioCare disappointed in the AirFiber service. No proper helpline. Advance taken but no work done. The person I was asked to speak said installation will take 2-3 days yet nothing. A week later I called him to cancel/refund and he was rude. Funny part? I still get these messages
@livedrj@JioCare I wasn't getting any replies earlier and their automated helpline ironically is of no help. They help immediately when you tag them on twitter, so I did the same. Would advise you to do too!
Kindly do not "expedite my engineer visit" or "Process this with the internal team". Straight up cancel the installation (which btw doesn't happen through your app or emails) and refund the amount and stop these messages. Appreciate it.
