@baypinar35 This is dyshidrosis eczema, can easily be 'cured' with applying corticosteroids such as dermovate ointment before you sleep, usually heals completely after 2 times of use.

The cause is different for each person, but most cases are gluten intolerance, try to avoid it and see.
