No idea what that means as nobody can tell us anything.

They have throttled our line to 0.5 down and 2 up.

It's going to cause massive issues for us as the internet is how we make a living.

I'm fighting it tooth and nail but the system is either talking to Grok and or a rep that doesn't understand tech speak and won't come off the script.

I've combed through every inch of the TOS update and we haven't done any of the do's and or don'ts on that list.

So obviously. No streams. Sorry.

@Starlink @elonmusk My 85-year-old father has dementia and relies on TV to stay calm.

We live in the middle of nowhere in rural desert with no neighbors. We don't run any businesses or enterprise.

We just use Residential Max for home streaming and daily life. Starlink flagged us for "business or enterprise use" but refuses to explain what we supposedly did or show any evidence.

When I asked if they were forcing us onto expensive Local Priority just to downgrade next month, they closed the ticket and hung up. This is the second time. My dad can't watch TV, he is becoming more distressed.

We can't work, and in a remote area we need internet for emergencies. Stop punishing. 2 family carers and an elderly man with dementia. Especially loyal customers for nearly 5 years.

Fix this now. Local priority data packets are too high cost for a low income household and not fit for purpose. Screenshots of the service we have received.

There's a rise again in companies and brands offering free products instead of paying for a content creators time.

Creating campaigns, scripting/editing videos. Making assets is all time consuming

If you have a heavily engaged following. Know your worth. You are more than a affiliate code and a box of energy drinks/glasses/mouse mat.

Brands have a budget for this very reason. Especially if they have approached you first.

Please don't fall for corporate marketing language like : "Let's try it for a month and see how it goes" Or my favourite. "We can give you exposure".

Please let's bring back the culture of saying no and not feeling guilty about it. It's your time and energy. Free shit doesn't keep your lights on and or pay your bills.

Honestly, trying to compare the 2 and speaking to old SBOC/Machinima staff.

Just to make things clear for those in the back.

Yes. We are still financially destitute, but we do our best with what we have.

Yes. We are still losing our home.

Yes. My health is in the toilet.

Yes. We are at our limit.

We still go live near enough every day. With a smile and are thankful to be here.
