On 25 June 24, I had the pleasure of presiding over a Change of Command ceremony that farewelled Colonel Jennifer Karim & welcomed Colonel Stacy L. Moore-Callaway as the newest commander of the 407th Army Field Support Brigade at Fort Cavazos, TX. Welcome to the Team!

I administered the oath of office to Major John Russell C. Laxamana at the Rock Island Arsenal Museum. His promotion and selection for the Command & General Staff Officer Course showcase his leadership and dedication to our nation. Continued blessings to this exceptional Soldier!

I presided over LTC Carmen J. Rosado's retirement ceremony this month. Having personally served alongside her from 2003 to 2022. I can attest that she is an exceptional Soldier, leader, and friend. Best wishes to her and her family in her next phase of life as a Soldier for Life.

On 11 June 24, I had the pleasure of presiding over a Change of Command ceremony that farewelled Colonel Larry Dean & welcomed Colonel Albert Davis as the newest commander of the 406th Army Field Support Brigade at Fort Liberty, NC. Congratulations Team Davis & 406th AFSB family.

On 14 June 2024, we celebrated the Rock Island Arsenal Army 249th Birthday Ball! We had an unforgettable evening of camaraderie, tradition, and celebration as we honored the legacy and service of our incredible Soldiers and Department of the Army civilians. On the Rock!

Yesterday, @asc_hq held it’s inaugural Hall of Fame Induction ceremony to recognize the extraordinary service and impactful leadership of MG(Ret) Jerome Johnson, the first Commanding General of ASC and Mr. D. Scott Walker, the first Deputy to the Commanding Officer for ASC.

We honor the courage, dedication, and sacrifices of the brave men and women who have served our nation with distinction since June 14, 1775. For 249 years, our U.S. Army has been the backbone of our nation's defense, standing strong to protect our freedoms and way of life.

The U.S. Army gained seven newly commissioned second lieutenants who pledged to protect our constitution, our people, and our nation. Congratulations to our newest second lieutenants from the Mississippi State University ROTC Program, as well as their families! Be all you can be!

On 18May24, @Arsenal_Island and the Quad City communities gathered together to celebrate Armed Forces Day and kicked off the Run the Rock race. It was a pleasure to see our service members, veterans, civilians and their families enjoy the festivities on the arsenal! On the Rock!

On 24 April, I had the pleasure of presiding over an Assumption of Command ceremony that welcomed Colonel Ernest J. Lane II as the newest commander of the 405th Army Field Support Brigade in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Congratulations to Team Lane and the entire 405th AFSB family!

Great visit with our Theater Army Field Support Brigade in the Pacific! The 402nd AFSB is ASC/AMC’s decisive edge forward in the theater providing installation logistics support, enterprise logistics support and Army Prepositioned Stocks management in support of the Pacific!

Yesterday, at @Arsenal_Island , @asc_hq senior leaders assembled together to conduct “Rock the Bell,” which comprised of a variety of kettle bell and dumbbell workouts. It was certainly a fun and challenging circuit training! On the line! This We’ll Defend! Be all you can be!
