There's now a new metadata on ASC called App Tags. It's automatically assigned to your app by Apple. You can't edit it, but you can opt out of specific tags if you don't want them.

asc cli is fantastic (and rudrank is a legend!). Especially when you want to get specific tasks done quickly and without much guidance from yourself.

AscBuddy has a custom user interface on App Store Connect so you can monitor analytics, app reviews, competitors, etc in addition to the tools that help you manage and automate your App Store listing.

For localization in particular, AscBuddy has features like letting you specify protected Brand words and phrases that should not be translated. And a visual Matrix to let you easily see, modify, export all fields in all languages for individual tweaks.

Auto-draft, not fire-and-forget. @DavidPrenticeJr Yep, you can use the AscBuddy browser extension in a Chrome browser on Windows.
As far as creating Apps themselves on Windows, that is more difficult without a Mac but more options are available now than ever.
