@livewithnoregrt Hope. You need a stable living situation and the belief that it will get better. This means a support system which may include doctors (and won't break your bank account) and enough time off to be able to actually rest...without worrying about getting fired or being homeless.

@fairlyoddfairy I work at a factory, but do not recommend. NOT a neurodivergent friendly environment. The only upside is earplugs are mandatory so everyone expects you to not understand them when they talk.
