@HusKerrs Dude this happened to me last year. The pain lasted like 6 hours for me, but I also had an allergic reaction where everything felt numb traveled up to my nose and back down. Was so weird feeling! We have them in Tucson too it sucks. Now I wear slides all the time. Black lights!

I think it’s definitely achievable without gear, and just showing up to the gym. Never done gear and have been going to gym for 20 years. And I look like this only work out like 80 mins 4-5 days a week. It’s just consistency. Maybe I’m lucky genetics wise but I think it’s hard work
