@AsdaServiceTeam I've just had a refund for short-dated items refused because I've previously asked for a refund on similar items before. This is madness: it's not a *me* problem, it's a stock control problem. You are punishing customers for your store's failings. I'm not happy.

@asda how do you get the cash pot rewards with online orders like you keep advertising? I’ve spent nearly £1,000 since you advertised this and not had anything go into my Asda cashpot rewards?

@AsdaServiceTeam please refund my money or I will be reporting you. I bought petrol from one of your stations, you took money out and now you won't refund my balance. What's going on?
