Well done @mbismark, @venessb on sharing your truth. I second comment that many @RANZCP trainees feel too vulnerable re: exam processes to speak out. I suspect very similar across other Colleges. Major rethink & co-design of training systems required. #MedTwitter @anniemaykearney
