@FPLMiami there is a transformer near 3244 Matilda street in coconut grove that is making hissing noises last 48 hours. Have called customer service to provide notice of issue and no responses due to backlog. Please have someone come out to check that transformer .

@Uber waiting 10 hours for someone from Uber to contact driver regarding my wallet containing cash credit cards and identification. Zero movement and you won’t give me drivers information due to privacy policy. Inexcusable.

@Uber I have tried to get in touch with my driver all day about a lost wallet with cash credit cards and my IDs. So far zero communications and zero movement. Very disappointing. I can easily call the driver. Uber won’t provide that information.
