In Tell, west of Nablus, Farouk Ramadan seized a loaded weapon from a settler during a confrontation and OPENED FIRE in self-defense before he was KILLED alongside 3 members of his family. Villagers had tried to defend their community with little more than stones as armed settlers stormed the village.
