@VodafoneUK damaged caused while installing, promised call backs and none, promised by engineer would back next day that was Thursday still waiting. No Internet today and when I asked to speak to someone Senior would told not an option. New to Vodafone and think it's a mistake.

@NatWest_Help been locked out of my account for almost 2 weeks now. Called but kept getting told can't help.

Was told I would receive an email to update my details, but nothing received and difficult to get back on the phone.

Not good with online banking or app for this long.
