After months of holding on, I finally listened to my therapist.
Ever since the accident, my right foot hasn't been able to wear heels, and I kept staring at a closet full of shoes, hoping one-day everything would go back to the way it was. This week, I chose something different
To the men reading this—
This month is for you. 💙
For the conversations you haven’t had, burdens you carry quietly, the days you’re holding it together and the days you’re not.
This Men’s Mental Health Month, may we learn that the strongest thing a man can do is heal. May we remember that strength is not hiding your struggles, it’s saying, “I’m not okay,” and allowing others to show up for you too.
Check on a man who has impacted your life and ask him one simple question:
“How are you, really?”

It was around 8pm so I hopped on a boda and agreed to pay the boda guy 4k to kibuye roundabout.
Near Natete the boda guy stopped to add someone which I felt was disrespectful but also a threat. 1/3
A Ugandan Captain based in America secured a deal for Tenge Tenge in 2024 where a certain company had reached upon an agreement where they wanted to start manufacturing catoons using Tenge Tenge’s face. A company was going to pay 180m ugx to Tenge Tenge and his team plus 30% on sell outs but the father took the boy away from the manager and wanted to sign the contract by himself. Things fell apart when the father told the American company that if they can’t come to Uganda and look for him to seal the deal then they should back off.
