A quiet laugh followed her next remark.
“Really? Not a single one?”
He looked ahead again, keeping pace with her.
“Well, that’s reassuring. For a moment, I thought you just didn’t like me.”
Kayn fell into step beside her, Rhaast balanced against his shoulder.
“Would it make a difference if I said I didn’t?”
He glanced at her, the beginnings of a grin tugging at his mouth.
“Besides, you’re the one assuming I want something.”
Kayn gave a quiet laugh, clearly enjoying the reception.
He shifted Rhaast against his shoulder, a crooked grin playing at his lips.
“Relax, Akali. Zed didn’t send me. I do occasionally make decisions without his permission.”
Kayn paused beside the table, casting Ahri an unimpressed look before a faint smirk tugged at his lips.
“Fanboy? Careful, Ahri. People might start thinking you’re jealous.”
His gaze briefly dropped to her drink.
@AShadowsStep
“Well, well.”
The Kumiho remarked in a teasing tone as she sat at the café table with her preferred caramel spice chai. Behind her heart-shaped, pink-tinted glasses, she observed the bad boy of HEARTSTEEL.
“Akali's biggest fanboy out in the open with a sitter.”
And here I thought you’d be pleased to see me. Clearly, I overestimated my charm.
But since you’re so curious, yes, I came looking for you. Try not to let it go to your head.
Someone’s in a foul mood. I was only teasing, Akali. Though I have to admit, watching you get worked up over a few words is rather entertaining.
No unfortunately no one died and I’m so incredibly bored I just 𝐡𝐚𝐝 to stop by
you 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 i'm not apart of the kinkou anymore. and if that was your attempt at joking with me,it was a really shitty one.
